H&R Developments – Atrium on Bay

H&R Developments hired viridian as their design build specialist for this automation retrofit in the three office towers and mall that make up Atrium on Bay at Dundas and Bay.

System Solution

The turn-key project included a new fibre optic network for the BAS and future expansion for security, integration into existing mechanical systems, replacement of antiquated BAS technology to a state-of the art WEB based automation system, installation of new chiller flow meters, VFD drives, and a new CO system for the parking garage.

Results

The project was undertaken and completed in a 6 month time frame utilizing all in-house staff in this fully occupied complex with virtually no tenant interruption.

Our experience with viridian on a recent BAS retrofit was very positive. It was well planned, smoothly executed, and gave us the results we needed to improve our facility’s operation while enhancing the tenant experience.
