Design & Installation

Verification that all the control point wiring has been correctly installed and terminated, sensors have been calibrated and that field devices operate correctly and are performed on every control point.As-Built Documentation & Record Management
viridian’s as-built drawings are the amended “as-designed” drawings revised to show the project as the contractor built and constructed it. The revisions from the site, markups and field inspection notes are transferred to the final as-built set of drawings. The final as-built drawings include modifications during construction, field requested changes, shop drawing modifications, and contractor designs.
All project databases, documentation and as-built records are securely stored in electronic format, both on-site and in secure storage to ensure your mission critical system records are available in case of emergency recovery requirements. At viridian, our systematic method of storage and file recovery ensures that your systems records and databases are in safe keeping.
Training
Our training and skill building courses enable automation system users to maximize the benefits and capabilities of your installed control systems. Factory trained viridian personnel utilize tailored programs that fit the specific learning requirements of your staff and facility. Training is provided at our in-house training facility or can be arranged on-site to address your particular needs. Training is configured separately for users, supervisors, and managers, providing for a comprehensive approach at maximizing the efficiencies and usefulness of your installed building automation systems. Factory Training is also available at the manufacturer’s offices and can be arranged through viridian’s administrative staff.
